A little about me.
I’m Weronika, a Senior UX designer and design strategist who enjoys making complex systems clearer and more useful for people.
My work connects user research, strategic thinking and practical product design. With a background in interaction design and programming, I’m comfortable navigating complex systems, new technologies and unfamiliar challenges.

Leading discovery and testing efforts along all the stages of the project development cycle, using methods such as field visits, interviews, workshops, moderated and unmoderated testing to ensure extensive understanding of users, their needs and pain points
Digital strategy and co-creation
Product strategy, prioritization and facilitating co-creating innitiatives inside the teams and with end-users to ensure product adoption.
Design leadership
Working in a product trio to ensure the desirability of the developed solution, with a focus on making sure that user and business needs are incorporated in the design.
